Oklahoma gas is significantly cheaper than Missouri gas, by like 25 cents or more. Strange.

Oklahoma is a major gas producer.

Not strange at all. :doh!:

What's complete bs is that there is a $0.22 difference in cost between Lee's Summit and Blue Springs.

Then why is the average price per gallon in Texas only 3 cents cheaper than it is in OK? Texas produces far more gas.

VAGOMO 4 LIFE! 09-17-2024 02:36 PM

Alaska is also a major gas producer but we’re paying 3.89

Tylerthigpen!1! 09-17-2024 02:55 PM

Im pretty sure its because OKC is a major hub for transportation and storage of gasoline.

TrebMaxx 09-17-2024 03:55 PM

I am seeing it at $2.79 today in CoMo.

No state income tax. Local and consumable prices like gas could easily explain the difference.
