well until I get a regimen, I've been alternating two different machines, as well as stretching like a mother and shoulder shrugs w/ dumb-bells, so nothing too impressive, so far. But I may try the OP suggestion. I haven't started off too hardcore, yet still have had pretty darn good workouts today and yesterday.

four different machines on alternating days - two per - they offer two different groups per machine, Not sure if that made a lick of sense, it's hard to explain, online, what I mean.

I also think I'd be interested in sticking w/ water for a medium for my prot. powd. - mainly because I'm not eating as much dairy (well sortof)

Water is the best for protein powder.

I did leg day and I saw a big difference in the strength after one week of cutting out junk food and eating eggs instead of bullshit. I am going to go with egg whites instead of whole eggs though. I didn't realize how shitty they are for you. I enjoyed the gains because it was hard work.

Eggs are not shitty for you. All the nutrition is in the yolk, too.

Truth. This man speaks it.

Eggs have good, muscle-building, fat-burning fat.

That said I am not comfortable with that with my family's history, and I like to fill my stomach with low cal shit just to keep me from eating funyons. Just me though. Feast away.

That's okay, but just realize that most of the cholesterol in your body is produced by the body itself, and is not a function of the foods you eat.

There's nothing wrong with eating egg whites because they're low calorie. Just make sure you're getting good fats from somewhere.

Demonpenz 12-08-2013 08:04 PM

That is what I am on board with.

Simply Red 12-08-2013 08:05 PM

i like medium eggs.

Simply Red 12-08-2013 08:06 PM

I also like ketchup on my scrambled eggs.
