He took the ND job away from Ty Losingham. Whitlock has been spewing hatred towards him ever since.

I mean, he was supposed to succeed with:
1. A makeshift Offensive Line with a bunch of starters who'd be lucky to be backups elsewhere in the NFL.

2. A carousel of WR's from the time the off-season started until the end of the year.

3. No running game for the first half of the season.

4. An HC/OC/QB Coach in his first year at the helm of an NFL team.

Duh.

That explains overthrowing receivers by 10 yards? How about being so fearful of taking a hit that he can't make reads. As that line progressed through the year and held up better for him, why didn't he?

They were CLEARLY the best candidates. Why waste time with others, when there were a ton of other teams trying to land them. We could have easily ****ed around and lost them to another team, but my boy Pioli didn't **** around.

If Romeo is Tito, then whitlock is Sean Hannity. You can't continuously be negative about a regime without people questioning your judgement. Whitlock used to be good when he occasionally mixed up the negativity with something positive. Now I can't even get through his articles without feeling disgust for the guy (just like Hannity).

Getting Weis and Crennel is the most positive thing we've had in a year (when we got Pioli and Haley). How can you not be positive about that? As far as Haley not being too wise politically, I see that as a breath of fresh air. He may be a bit naive, but I love him for it. He's truly looking into the team's best interest by hiring the best available staff. He's not thinking about which one may take his job. He just wants to win. Goooooo TODD!
