Wasn't 5:20 a few min after Reid chickened out on the 4th & 2 from their 42? That may have caused the fans to give up hope and leave.

Agree. Most of the offensive ineptitude that embodied the better part of three quarters was on Reid IMO. His playcalling became awful and predictable. All of the short drives gave Peyton and co. more time and more chances to score. Not to mention our defense had to be pooped. Wonder if it's any coincidence that they came up with a stop after the offense led a long sustained drive.
