Robin Williams is in hell right now because he is selfish.

Good points about the selfish/coward crap... I'm thinking the cowardly/selfish/easy way out for him would have been ending it years ago, not wrestling with it all this time, reaching out for help while being in the public spot light, etc. He was probably quite unselfish for all those years.

This is the funny part, where people here believe that you are a pussy for not living your life and not screwing your family over or whatever, you are thinking you are a pussy for not being able to complete what your diseased brain has told you is the "right thing" to do. So now not only are you letting other people down but you are letting yourself down.

This spiral of the brain will continue until it starts affecting your job, which you can't seem to care about or complete jobs on time. Then personal life too where you are now really hurting the people that try to love you because you have locked yourself away from them and not talking to them. So now you are only getting advice from your diseased brain about what you should do and there are no other voices trying to make it clear to you.

This is how things devolve in a depressed brain thus leaving you with only one choice and then finding a way to complete that choice.

So if you suffer from depression it's ok to kill yourself because you feel like there's no other option?...

People want to justify suicide while the rest of us pull ourselves up by our bootstraps and dig in.

It IS selfish to live your life the darling of the people, young and old, and then to just end it. With projects, and people, and loved ones depending on your presence. It's selfish to not think about how difficult it is for us to keep impressionable teenagers alive, already.

But it was his life. And death. We're all a little selfish sometimes. Certainly he did more humanitarian works than he did suicides.

Unfortunately people remember the last chapter of the book clearest.

Kinda weird to see that episode of Louie he was in. If you've seen it you know what i mean.
