Okay, so I decided to pay the $10 so I could watch this game on mlb.tv since I don't have mlb network. Well, now it's saying I didn't pay it, despite having the confirmation email. Anyone else having issues with this?

It's a ****ing scam. They take your $10 without telling you you still have to be a paid subscriber to cable / MLB network
