Well, yeah. Our entire team was trash in 2012. Arenas never had the size or speed to play on the outside anyway. He was quick which is why he was decent in the slot and a good returner but could never make any house calls. |

Are you joking? |
Some of you guys are ****ing hilarious comparing Steven Nelson to Javier Arenas. Nelson is easily better.
Nelson is a first year starter and has 14 passes defended and has saved 2 TD's. He's not as bad as many of you guys are saying ROFL Give the kid time. Look at Dee Ford and how he changed from early in his career to now. |
ROFL Nelson sucked last year due to minimal reps. He's now been our second best corner. He's pretty ****ing good. IMO

We're going to fix the problem the Dorsey way. Bring in a bunch of dudes and have them compete. Mitchell will be one of those possible options, probably against a rookie or two. Just because Marcus Cooper looked great his first 4-5 games for us doesn't mean Mitchell is Marcus Cooper, though |

Its intriguing but I bet Mitchell reverts to his mean. |
Biggest miss: You could say cornerback Sean Smith, who got a four-year, $38 million deal with $20 million guaranteed last spring, should be here, considering Smith got benched in his first game with the Raiders. Plus, as PFF noted, Smith’s passer rating allowed on throws into his coverage of 111.5 was the highest of all cornerbacks who played at least 75 percent of their team’s snaps. And the seven touchdowns allowed and 17.7 yards per catch average was also a league high for those corners.
