I had to watch it in my HS history class, it was supposed to be a gift to everyone. Pfffft. I'll never forget the scene when he uses an actual rope as a ****ing bungee cord and swings back up with his legs still in tact, the whole room busted out laughing and scoffing at the sheer stupidity of it.

Your teacher goes by the name Mr.kotter on here.

He's a liberal that thinks the polar ice caps are melting and trying to persuade the kiddies with stupid films like that one.

Went on and on over the final month [in the spring semester] about how, if we behaved we would get 'a' movie day on the final day.

Below is a clip from what he provided after all our 'good behavior.' Keep in mind, in other classes we were getting things like 'Back to the Future' and that was just because it was the last day, not because we'd met any objectives or anything. About halfway through he got tired of our snickering, turned it off, and muttered about how unappreciative we were. I don't know for sure, but he may have stepped out a moment to shed some tears of disappointment.

Prepare your anus. . . .

I can't believe how bad that little show was. Look at the dance moves at 5:40 followed up by the creepy talk with his dad groping the little kid.

I think your teacher was a weirdo was he nick named Mr. Kotter?

The scene where the dog was ran over reminded me of a Kurt Russell movie called Used Cars. Now that had some good laughs in it.

I think in a couple weeks we'll make an official poll based on the nominations in this thread. Then we can crown an CP Official Worst Movie of All Time.

Showgirls

Speaking of movies you go to see because the wife wants to but you hate it....

Bridges of Madison County....

And some others just for kicks....

Any of the Scooby-Doo movies
Knowing
The Last Airbender
Green Lantern

I enjoyed seeing lots of tits and ass so I can't say Showgirls was a terrible move.

There should be a list of Nicolas Cage overacting movies.

A broken clock is still correct on it's time twice a day.

He's had tons of bad ones, of course having ties to a big name director in Hollywood helps.

Great thread! Loots of good suggestions and lots of junk I've never seen.

I'll go with Smokey & The Bandit II
Really, an elephant?
