Best car didn't win.. and one of the most unlikeable human beings won. The problem with Kryle is he doesn't have the same humility when he loses. He needs to not be a chickenshit pussy when he loses and people would respect him.
|
BTW... will DW swallow or spit the huge load of cum that Kryle is gonna shoot down his throat?

Kyle Busch is a bad ass driver.

Debris huh???? Reply Retweet Favorite |
There wasn't any debris... Nascar couldn't have Truex win that race.
|
Well, this might get interesting. The 56 car was busted for the front end being too low in post race tech, and Keselowski (stop me if you've heard this before) put NASCAR on blast, complete with colorful language.
.................. UPDATE: Martin Truex Jr. faces a possible six-point penalty for the front of his car being too low following his second-place finish in the NRA 500 Saturday at Texas Motor Speedway. Crew chief Chad Johnston said the shocks on Truex's car would not rebound after the race. "We tried to pull the shaft out of the body, and it's just (stuck)," he said. "There's something going on, whether it's debris (inside) or parts and pieces of the shock." ................ "I have one good thing to say," Keselowski said. "That's my team and effort they put in today in fighting back with the absolute bullshit that's been the last seven days in this garage area. The things I've seen over the last seven days have me questioning everything that I believe in, and I'm not happy about it. I don't have anything positive to say and I probably should just leave it at that." But he didn't. Knowing major penalties are likely for his team, the defending Sprint Cup champion made his feelings clear. "There's so much stuff going on ... you have no ****ing idea what's going on,'' he said. "And that's not your fault and that's not a slam on you. I could tell you there's nobody, no team in this garage with the integrity of the 2 team. And the way we've been treated over the last seven days is absolutely shameful. I feel like we've been targeted over the last seven days more than I've ever seen a team targeted. But my guys kept their heads on straight and they showcased why they are a winning team and championship team. We're not going to take it. We're not going to be treated this way." http://www.jayski.com/cupnews.htm#20130414a |
Death at Texas Motor Speedway NASCAR race: Man commits suicide with gun
Oh the irony of the first race sponsored by the NRA... I guess he was REALLY upset his guy didn't win the race. :spock:
http://www.dallasnews.com/sports/mor...e-with-gun.ece A medical examiner says a man who died in the infield during a NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway shot himself in the head. The Tarrant County medical examiner's office on Sunday said the death of 42-year-old Kirk Franklin of Saginaw was a suicide. Fort Worth police have said a man who was camping in the infield died of a "self-inflicted injury" after getting into an argument with other campers. The incident happened late in the Spring Cup race. Police spokeswoman Cpl. Tracey Knight has said alcohol may have been a factor. Knight said several people witnessed the incident, but nobody was in danger. Track spokesman Mike Zizzo say the death occurred "in or around a pickup truck" in part of the infield near the middle of the backstretch |
Ron Hornaday pulled some bullshit in the truck race today.

Kewelowski could learn a hard lesson about NASCAR. Despite the failed inspections, NASCAR is serious about fining drivers for their comments – to protect their integrity. Nevertheless, NASCAR has also been inconsistent with rule enforcement. If the parts are illegal, they are illegal. Teams have been pushing the rules to the limit since the association’s inception in 1949. Moreover, teams will continue to push to gain an advantage on the competition. I think it was Mulhern who tweeted some of this last night - He is my least favorite NASCAR reporter: Quote:

Keselowski and Logano hit with 25 point penalties and Truex hit with a 6 point penalty:
from jayski.com: NASCAR Penalties announced for three teams: Penalties have been handed down to three NASCAR Sprint Cup Series teams following last Saturday's race at Texas Motor Speedway. The #56 car was found to have violated Sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing); 12-4J (any determination by NASCAR officials that the race equipment used in the event does not conform to NASCAR rules); and 20-12.8.1B (the car failed to meet the minimum front car heights during post-race inspection) of the 2013 rule book. As a result of this violation, crew chief Chad Johnston has been fined $25,000 and placed on NASCAR probation until June 5. The team has also been docked six championship driver (Martin Truex Jr.) and six championship owner (Michael Waltrip) points. The #2 and #22 cars have also been penalized. Both cars were found to be in violation of Sections 12-1; 12-4J and 20-12 (all suspension systems and components must be approved by NASCAR. Prior to being used in competition, all suspension systems and components must be submitted, in a completed form/assembly, to the office of the NASCAR Competition Administrator for consideration of approval and approved by NASCAR. Each such part may thereafter be used until NASCAR determines that such part is no longer eligible. All suspension fasteners and mounting hardware must be made of solid magnetic steel. All front end and rear end suspension mounts with mounting hardware assembled must have single round mounting holes that are the correct size for the fastener being used. All front end and rear end suspension mounts and mounting hardware must not allow movement or realignment of any suspension component beyond normal rotation or suspension travel.) As a result of this violation and as it pertains to the #2 car the following penalties have been assessed: · Crew chief Paul Wolfe has been fined $100,000 and suspended from NASCAR until the completion of the next six NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship points events (including the non-points Sprint All-Star Race) and placed on probation until Dec. 31. · Car chief Jerry Kelley, team engineer Brian Wilson and team manager Travis Geisler (serves as team manager for both the #2 and #22 cars) have been suspended from NASCAR until the completion of the next six NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship points events (including the non-points Sprint All-Star Race) and placed on probation until Dec. 31. · The loss of 25 championship driver (Brad Keselowski) and 25 championship owner (Roger Penske) points. As it pertains to the #22 car the following penalties have been assessed: · Crew chief Todd Gordon has been fined $100,000 and suspended from NASCAR until the completion of the next six NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship points events (including the non-points Sprint All-Star Race) and placed on probation until Dec. 31. · Car chief Raymond Fox and team engineer Samuel Stanley have been suspended from NASCAR until the completion of the next six NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship points events (including the non-points Sprint All-Star Race) and placed on probation until Dec. 31. · The loss of 25 championship driver (Joey Logano) and 25 championship owner (Walt Czarnecki) points.(NASCAR) |
Damn what a killshot from Nascar.
|
They got slapped, hard. But, I think they tried some shit with the full knowledge that they were in for an ass-kicking if they got caught. A lot of top guys got suspended but I'm pretty sure Penske is swimming in engineers.
The points thing is funny- it seems many teams don't worry as much about point standings as before. Now it's just, stay in the top 20 and win a few races and you're OK. |
Kyle Busch is going to a backup. Will get to start where he qualifies later today.
|
I am at Kansas speedway all weekend.
|
I got offered tickets to a suite to tomorrow's race. If I don't really enjoy watching NASCAR on TV, will I have fun if I go tomorrow?

Follow #18. Kyle Busch races for Joe Gibbs Racing. He is a threat to win every time he enters a race. Besides, he is one of the most talented and exciting drivers to watch during a race. Kyle, nicknamed "Wild Thing" and "Rowdy" for his aggressive driving style - never disappoints. Quote:
