So let me conspiracy theory here a bit.

The Bills being leaked here sounds alot like the Cardinals trying to drive the Chiefs price up a bit.

Who knows that guy reporting it is the same guy that said the Chiefs were in on Tunsil.

Is that a report or an opinion because that can start a pretty good pissing match.

Then you got a double problem because MVS is getting cut after this year so that's another WR hole.

And?

Eh, I think it's probable that if anything happened to Travis that kept him from playing more than a couple three weeks, we're just ****ed. We got away with the WR room we had last season because Travis was the fix-all on every big 3rd down conversion, every 4th down conversion, RZ scoring, big-plays, etc. And he did it mostly through his unmatchable skill set. Not going to get anywhere near that kind of production from Gray or Fortson, or any of the WRs in the room presently either. He's the Jesus bolt. No one else on the team is going to take up that slack.

But that scenario doesn't bear thinking about. If he goes down, we're just done. But there's still a really good chance that doesn't happen, so why think about it too much?

Followed by, "I won't worry about him being hurt until he's hurt" - You say this about a guy who's always hurt.

And you wanna talk about Illogical?

Illogical is hard staning for a WR all year and then throwing a fit when someone says it's time for him to start.

THAT'S illogical.

You say shit like this:

Great plan! Wait until an often injured receiver gets hurt!

Then question why people like me and Pest are talking about signing Davis AND drafting a guy. The plan wouldn't be to put Toney at WR1 and pray he stays healthy. Literally nobody is saying that. The plan is to put together a deep group so you can withstand a Toney injury.

Two things can be true:

1. The Chiefs view Toney as their WR1 as it stands today

2. The Chiefs will still protect themselves from a Toney injury, or any other injuries.

At some point you will be correct but he showed no sign of slowing down this past season so why couldn't he keep that up for this coming season?

It's not like Veach can't go get another target mid year or even next offseason.

Because he’s 34 and just said he went through the toughest season of his career.

JSN too.

I personally think Mingo can come into TC and work his way into the starting rotation. But NFL scouts etc seem to think he's a 3rd round pick, so wtf do i know i guess.

No and I wish people would stop acting like they are.

It's definitely desperation.

The Chiefs also have no answer for Von or Hopkins.

The Bills are AFC favorites if they get Hopkins.

And all I said was that i'd rather they just throw rookies at the position and start Skyy Moore than kick the can down the road with another never-will-be.

Yeah, i think Moore, seeing full time snaps, can produce 800 yards for us. So why waste time with slap dicks?

Year 2 Skyy Moore, Toney, and some Rookies. Lets roll, baby.
