Part of the trade deal is he has to wear a 49er uniform.

My error doesn't change the fact Alex is too timid to throw into a window or throw covered receivers open. It is great that he does not force throws, but he won't risk throwing receivers open either. That is why he is middling. He won't make the mistakes but also won't take the risks that lead to the rewards. Eli is really not all that great a QB, but he is gutsy and takes the appropriate risk at the appropriate time. It has bitten him in the butt and it has also gotten him 2 rings. If Alex Smith had Eli's moxy, he would be just as good. He has the athleticism and intelligence and tougness, mental and physical toughness. He just lacks the nerve. He is too cautious. |

And yes, we know AS, he's just like MC, so we're used to fail and our QB being a ****ing pussy ass mother****er! As you'll come to learn with our team, our fail will continue not only because of the players on the field, the coaches on the sideline/booth, the leadership in suits, but mainly because of the one constant this team has suffered through all of it --- ownership. We have, hands-down, the worst family in the world owning this NFL team. They are as "NFL-Stupid" as any person on the face of the planet, but they own the team no matter what. Other than being stupid rich, in the area of NFL ownership and team-success, they are a family that amounts to that scum shit on the bottom of a 10-year-old trash can that can't even be scrubbed away and smells really bad. They are shit, and they will never sell this team because they are money-grubbing assholes and this isn't just free money, it's a LOT of free money... But alas, we're used to it... :D |

6th overall 38th overall 102nd overall 2013 first round pick 2014 first round pick All to acquire two quarterbacks. If we draft Geno, that's NOT too much of an investment in the position. 1st overall 34th overall 3rd round pick. |
