Southern Tier is quickly moving up my favorite breweries list.

Southern Tier Choklat is a beer for people who don't like beer but do like to eat cake and wash it down with Ovaltine. It's tasty because chocolate is tasty, but its a pretty terrible beer. All you taste is the adjuncts.

To me, Creme Brulee is about the same. Overly sweet with very little actual beer character left.

To each his own though.
