They traded back 6 spots in the 1st round in the latter part of the draft.

Getting the Browns 3rd is really nice considering they pick in the Top 10 in the 3rd.

Obviously they didn't want him if they traded down with the team that took him. Now they're in good position to get Powe in the 3rd and Ayers, Bowers, Jordan may still be there at #27.
