First if anyone thought Chark was a stud WR he wouldn’t be out there making rounds still.

Second why is the belief that Mahomes can turn chicken shit into chicken salad crazy? I watched Brady, Manning, and even Rivers do it time and time again. That’s the benefit of a true franchise QB.

They believe they can get more from a 2021 first round pick and a 2022 second round pick in year 2 of the system. Almost a logical decision from a team in this situation. Not insane, crazy, or even mind blowing really.

Even if we don't land DHOp, a lot can change from now until the start of the season. We have no idea how the draft will unfold. And there is always the possibility of trading for proven players during the season. So many scenarios can play out.
