These farm-fresh eggs really hit that spot, I decreased my reps tonight, worked on seated chest press - hitting two different angles. I did mid row again - I also did lat pull-downs (but basically working the tricep area. I have stretched some w/ 15lbs weights doing a swimming motion - inbetween machines. Also this 'Whey to Go' is worth trying, you all. The stuff is hormone free and mixes very nicely and effortlessly. I just polished three eggs w/ about a tablespoon of cheddar. Ketchup also - just a little. I'm going to drink a protein shake prior to bed. I honestly am more pleased in the first week, than I remember ever being. Power to the People! |
I did some deep squats today with like 60 pounds. It was pussyish, but I can work towards getting better.
