Yes, during soccer. First game back in 4 weeks.

Yes, that's fine.

If it's any consolation, my shoulder is fubar.

lat pull downs and bi's today. 4 sets apiece. Already pretty big, I am pushing weight but content not to be in there all day.

Anyone have any experience getting life insurance and getting pigeonholed into the overweight category because these dumbasses still use the BMI scale which does not take into account muscle mass?

Simply Red 12-12-2013 07:53 PM

No, but when I went to get my Dexa scan, the operator there told me that she had a bodybuilder come in and get it done to prove to his insurance he wasn't overweight. Maybe look into that? It's worth $100.

I ate next to zero carbs this week, like super low and focused at avoiding sugars.

These farm-fresh eggs really hit that spot, I decreased my reps tonight, worked on seated chest press - hitting two different angles. I did mid row again - I also did lat pull-downs (but basically working the tricep area.

I have stretched some w/ 15lbs weights doing a swimming motion - inbetween machines. Also this 'Whey to Go' is worth trying, you all. The stuff is hormone free and mixes very nicely and effortlessly.

I just polished three eggs w/ about a tablespoon of cheddar.
Ketchup also - just a little.

I'm going to drink a protein shake prior to bed.

I honestly am more pleased in the first week, than I remember ever being.

Power to the People!

I did some deep squats today with like 60 pounds. It was pussyish, but I can work towards getting better.

Yeah.

I probably am now, but when I was exercising like 5 hours a day running track, yeah, I was overweight.
