I like the aggressiveness, but I really hope we aren't losing 100 games a year for the next 5-6 after we lose Hoz/Moose/etc. Hopefully it's light on prospects if we do get Zobrist.

Sure-Oz 07-27-2015 10:27 AM

All In...this isn't something that comes easy. Prado or Zobrist will help this team alot
I'll take a WS championship for several years of sucking

When moose leaves Cuthbert steps in. When Hosmer leaves Balbino will be here. Not really losing anything

Dude won't ever learn how to embed. Actually, we should be lucky that he even put the source.

Those two will not be replacing Moose and Hosmer when they leave in free agency. You are a special kind of stupid.

LMAO

DeezNutz 07-27-2015 10:33 AM

Balbino replacing Hosmer? lol.

Anyway, what is this "going for it" thing, and how are fans supposed to react to it?

Lol. If only it were that easy.

We're just making the most of our window.

Btw, Cuthbert most likely will never be the full time 3rd baseman on this team unless something catastrophic happened to Moose. I'd bank on Hunter Dozier of his development goes as planned. We have no one to replace Hosmer as of now. I'm sure Sal could make the transition there eventually, but his bat would need to improve a bit before that happens.

Stop overrating our guys like Cuthbert and Orlando, please. None of us, save a couple, have seen Cuthbert play for more than what? Six games?

C3HIEF3S 07-27-2015 10:38 AM

And Balbino shined for a half season, compared to an entire career of suck at all levels. Plus he injured his leg, so we may not see him for a while. I haven't heard the extent of the injury.

I think he is on a mobile device and I have never been able to embed any tweet from my phone.

@610SportsKC: "I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the Reds rotation next year." - J.J. Cooper (@jjcoop36) on John Lamb on #TheDayShift.

@610SportsKC: "Middle of the rotation starter is probably his ceiling." - J.J. Cooper (@jjcoop36) on Cody Reed on #TheDayShift.

Neither have I, but often he just copies the text and omits where he got it from. On mobile if you copy out of the Twitter app it will do what I did above.

Hunter Dozier is the guy I think will be replace Moose as well.. however, how much will a 12-15 home run a year 3rd baseman bring on the open market?
