did the lambo doors slow it down?

That wasnt the challenger. It was my truck. Had a four length lead on a eleven second camaro at the eighth and ran out of gear. 4.56 is way too low lol

And I best offered that lambo kit and made almost a grand when I resold it.

Depends on the tire.
Course, I'm assuming your running something like a 28X10.5 drag tire? Then yea, that's too much. If you put some steam rollers on it, got closer to 33" or so, then that 4.56 would be just about right.

As far as gear ratio goes: street tire or drag tire doesn't matter, it's the diameter that matters.

There is a guy on youtube called Chrisfix that tests ALLL kinds of stuff like that.

Basically, after testing 10 different brands the consensus is that it can clean up a little bit, but its not as much as you think or they claim.

Went from blowing the tires off on any 2nd gear pull under 45 mph, to not spinning at all from first gear pulls from 10+

Also got in some hard take offs and only a couple little squeeks from a stop. Haven't done a true launch on them yet, but with Shelbyfest and Magic Dragon going on down here this week there will be plenty of opportunity~
