That's kinda what I'm getting at here.

Both teams have a lot of what-ifs.

So the team that deserves to be the favorite here....is the team that adds the nuke.

I just think it's crazy to say Hopkins wouldn't make them a better team than us.

The margins between the top three teams in the AFC are thin, thin, thin.

That's an entirely objective opinion.

They’d be even thinner if Josh Allen didn’t turn the ball over on stupid plays in just about every big game he’s ever played. I’m not worried about a non-Mahomes team.

staylor26 03-23-2023 01:26 PM

The pressure of the last 2 seasons came absolutely crashing down on the Bills from top to bottom at the end of the year.

Another offseason title would surely take some pressure off!

That's also true. I guess we didn't ever give Daboll enough credit for Josh's 'maturation' while he was there.

Got a feeling Joshie's turnovers go way down if they get Hopkins.

Its not even Von Miller most likely falling off a cliff that makes me think the Bills take a step back. The Allen-Dorsey partnership got exposed badly as the season progressed. Teams were having a lot of success forcing turnovers and the Bills were constantly in dogfights as a result. They barely scrapes by a backup led Dolphins before getting thoroughly outmatched and exposed by the Bengals.

Bills with Hopkins aren’t as good as the Eagles or Bengals. They’re a worse version of those teams we just beat lmao

Yeah, but a large contingent of that BUF defense isn't there anymore.

They lost Edmunds, and that's about it.

Chiefs lost Thornhill, Saunders, Juju, Hardman, Clark...we can play this all day.

The margins between these two teams will always be razor thin as long as one has Mahomes and the other has Allen.

This was true both before Von, and after Tyreek.

He’s gonna stop overthrowing his receivers and running 40 yards into the backfield like a chicken with his head cut off all because of Hopkins. Must be quite a player.

I'll bet anyone here any amount of money our game with them will be a one-score contest.

staylor26 03-23-2023 01:36 PM

Morse, Poyer, Miller, Hopkins (potentially), Diggs, Hyde, Jones

Not to mention Tre"Davious White looking 35 last year.

That's a lot of starters over 30 for a team that broke down down the stretch last year.
