I never charge more than I can afford to pay each month. Between gas and food prices we are having to cut on a lot of the other things. Just remember, Obama stated he wanted us paying $5 for gas. Looks like he is going to get what he wanted.

Gas prices are nothing but politics... regardless if the president is a Liberal or Conservative, the results are always the same...

teedubya 03-04-2011 05:53 PM

dollar down... crude oil up... silver up... New 31 year high today for silver. $35.67

I'll ask again: please refrain. Thanks. If you want to have a discussion about Obama's quote on gasoline prices (which he did make), please do so in DC.

This thread will be fine Donger. Politics has been brought up several times since the inception of this thread and it is still civil here.

I didn't say a damn thing about Obama... You did, please refrain from not reading posts and place your blame accordingly... Thanks

You can't separate fuel prices from political discussion. They are one in the same.

Meh. Whatever.

Bugeater 03-04-2011 06:01 PM

It's not an official political discussion until one of the DC shitbags shows up.

$3.59 in WV now....this state's gasoline tax is stupid. Luckily I can drive about 15 minutes either way and save money in MD or VA.

Just as Bush had VERY little to do with the price of crude, so does Obama have VERY little to do with it.

A discussion about whether or not Obama WANTS high gasoline prices doesn't belong in the Lounge, IMO.

That's not the same as a random, "fucking Bush!" or "fucking Obama" rant, IMO.
