Amen!!! and if people don't like the political views of others (and from a casual observer - that is why people want to ban her) your advice is spot on for them ... in fact if people would just ignore (in reality) people who offend them... then the poster would have no reason to write stuff that gets them all excited... they would just go away.

First, I wish all post on this forum was about football, but I understand the offseason and from time to time enjoy and/or learn from some of the "off threads."

But, when banning people comes up I get nervous and wonder where it will end....

Yes, I allowed myself todo that, but I got out when I seen it wasn't doing any good. But FTR, cousin it pushed it way harder that what was needed.

Yep. And isn't it ironic that this whole iteration of the "ban memyselfi" movement started because she was posting in a LOUNGE thread, not a DC thread. (It may have already been moved to DC by the time she and Iowanian got into it, but she had been participating in it from the time it started in the Lounge).

Forcing people to post in the Lounge when they don't really have anything they think is worth saying will just increase the quantity of clutter posts in the Lounge. Forcing memyselfi to post in the Lounge will just increase the irritation factor for those who can't deal with her.
