Davis walked 37 times in 2012. In 2013 he's already at 35.

http://www.milb.com/milb/stats/stats...pbp&pid=448801 As you can see Davis has always had power.

Just looked up Barry Bonds on Fangraphs. They show his last 6 years of extended data. Here are some interesting comparisons from a known cheater and best hitter of our era to Mr. Davis 2013:

Chase Percentage> Bonds: 13% Davis 35%
Contact Percent > Bonds: 83% Davis 71%
HR/FB Rate > Bonds: 25% Davis 33%

Conclusion: Chris Davis chases nearly 3x as many pitches outside the strike zone that Bonds did, makes contact 12% less, but is still hitting more flyballs out of the park than a known juicer who is a HOF talent.

So you don't think guys are pitching around the juicer on pace for 60 dingers?

I'm done. Till one of you explain Butler to me 29HR in 2012. In 2013 He's on pace for 12.

I'm done to. Until you can see the difference between 29,21 and 62,33.

So is Domonic Brown , Pedro Alvarez , Paul Goldschmidt , Edwin Encarnacion all on PED'S too?

Davis wont hit 62 HR this year. Maybe 50 and that's not a huge jump from his 2012 of 33 in only 139 games.

So comparing the two from 2012 through June and 2013 through June, one has a 139% increase in HR's and the other has a 63% decrease. And you find it more believable that Butler was juicing in '12 and is now clean, and that Davis is now just seeing the ball better in '13, though statistical analysis suggests he's seeing the ball roughly the same.

He's juicing man. I just don't get why you are defensive. He's not the only one.

No one is above suspicion

Joey Bats has 19 homers this year. He's still killing it.

He's on that Brady Anderson type shit! Ooh yeah, Brady juiced as well. lol

Prison Bitch 07-02-2013 07:49 PM

Nobody knows if Davis is juicing. But the only fans dismissing it are Oriole fans. Weird huh?
