In regards to record, sure. In regards to turning around a dumpster fire of a franchise, you couldn't be more wrong.

I agree.

In terms of win loss? Yeah, wins a win.

In terms of what this franchise/fanbase etc needs? Yeah a good solid all around win would be great.

BlackHelicopters 09-03-2013 11:51 AM

Winning cures most ills.

I thought Andy Reid MO is passing attack. So regardless if we have the lead he should attack in the air to create a mind set for what his vision is for this offense and team to be ran. Yes running the ball would be the logic thing to do especially with JC but don't come here and tell us all that we are going attack in the air and be aggressive then just run the ball for convenience.

We are going to run the ball with JC because it would be dumb not too. However Andy Reid insist this is going be passing and so far in preseason 70% has been pass. I don't see why we would sit on the ball even if we have a nice lead.

I think Andy Reid is going make this a passing team until the QB arm falls off. Lucky for Alex his arm wont fall off because he only throws it 5 to 10 yards.

We will see I suppose. You make fair points. Again, it comes back to how much control Alex Smith has. If he has the control to audible you will see a lot of runs.

We need to not only win, but absolutely dominate. There are two reasons for this:

1. It gives the team confidence in the quarterback and head coach. If I've learned anything over the last four years, it is that once a team stops believing, the effort dies and you draft in the top five.

2. It hypes up the team, getting the fan base excited for the home opener. If Arrowhead believes that this team has truly turned the corner, then it's going to be an amazing atmosphere when Dallas comes to town.

Week 2 is a must-win, which makes week 1 a must-destroy.

If we play Blaine Gabbert and Cecil Shorts "close," it is going to give people serious doubts. Even with a win.

This. Absolutely this.

No. Not this. Not at all this. Not anymore, and sure as hell not this time.

All I care about is getting the win. We won two games last year for ****'s sake. Who gives a **** about style points or stats?

Because we are a win-now powerhouse with multiple ****ing pro-bowlers and the best coaching option money could buy.

That's why.

Shit this game is a no win overall.

We win = So what its the Jags, doesn't mean much.

We lose = Holly shit we lost to the Jags.

Its like getting into a fist fight with a girl.

If we win by curb-stomping their asses, then it's been a good day.

Winning by three? lolz.
