Reid has brought in some special coaching this week to prepare for Denver, and facing Talib....

Depending on what "DB" stands for, the answer to the thread title may be 'yes'.

But this wasn't even a fight, it was two players pushing and shoving as is normal on the football field and it had nothing to do with him. And yet he ran up from the sideline and jammed his hand inside the guy's face mask, because that's the kind of thing he does.

Yes. I told my 11 year old, hwo was watching the game with me, that he needed to be suspended for at least one game for that, because it was completely ridiculous. I didn't even know their next game was against the Chiefs.

Then I turned to him and asked how he wasn't ejected from the game right then and there. That made no sense to me.

Dude should be fined.

You're seriously arguing that a guy coming over and joining in a pushing match that doesn't involve him by poking a guy in the eye isn't a cheap shot?

:spock:

He did milk it, no doubt.

Does that make it less of a cheap shot? Was he TRYING to poke the guy in the eye, or not?

What Talib did was awful...but I still haven't seen what started it all...as in why Von and the Colt guy got into a shoving match.

Mile High Mania 11-09-2015 10:32 AM

Talib should have pulled Miller away, and that should have been the extent of his involvement. If they had acted as aggressive on any of the previous 3rd down and anythings... maybe, maybe they stop the Colts.

Probably a disagreement over a botched drug deal

Doesn't matter... stuff happens in a game, tempers flare. Avoid the penalty, show you're mature enough to walk away and stop him on the next play.
