I’m guessing she has to prove they’re his in order to get child support

Dante84 07-11-2019 05:17 PM

GUYS YOU MIGHT BE JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS

The reason *SHE* would file a paternity action is to prove that the children are his, so she can guarantee CHILD $$$UPPORT.

Not to figure out if he's the dad or not.

I’m sure that’s what it is. But there is a ex boyfriend of here’s in all this mess I’m 100% on that

HOWEVER

If she's convicted of extortion and becomes a felon, well, then he has a case to win custody.

What a wild turn that would be.

Typically yes,

That being said she is under investigation

unlurking 07-11-2019 05:20 PM

She's forcing him to take a paternity test so she can sue him for child support. They're his kids.

Yip!

Lprechaun 07-11-2019 05:21 PM

Lets say truth comes out, she proves these kids are Reeks and he is given sole custody because momma in prison for extortion.
I swear I have never been so compelled by an off season story.
In the end I just hope Reek is vindicated and the kids get a father at home. Something he didnt have and seems to want to give them

Again possible,

Then again there IS a ex boyfriend involved in some way shape or form....

Dante84 07-11-2019 05:22 PM

Lawyers or divorced guys:

If his income goes up *after* the child support ruling, does the amount he has to pay go up?

If so, he should agree on terms for child support and then sign his extension and not vice-versa.

Lprechaun 07-11-2019 05:23 PM

Hell this story is so weird one of the kids is Reeks and the other is the ex boyfriends!
Its a miracle, biologically thought impossible lol
