It may push some roster bubble elevation gut to the PS. More than likely a special teams contributor. You know what sucked ass last year anyway? Our special teams. Hopkins for 1-2 years > Praying Justyn Ross hits his Jody fortson upside for another 3 years.

I guess I don't really get the issue here. If he comes on board, sure, it probably pushes everyone down a spot, but adding a talent to the top isn't ever bad.

If he doesn't, we get to see the young guys play more. Win win.

I think he’s waiting to see if teams like kc or buffalo will clear sone cap so he can sign a deal that makes sense to him.

He doesn’t want to go to NE or Tenn. if he did the deal would be done.
