Nick Jacobs ‏@Jacobs71
Solid job by Geno made 3 reads before throwing the cross.

That drive was a lot better obviously. Disk try and force it into coverage but took what he had

Maybe Matt Cassel could throw TDs like that if he worked on his accuracy

Draft Geno and Tavon as a matched pair in the 1st and 2nd.

Ditch Cassel and McCluster.

Profit.

lol, did you see it? it was more of a handoff then a pass. techincally Geno throw the ball about a half a foot.

Austin will go in the first, imo.

Nightfyre 11-03-2012 02:13 PM

Geno hasn't played well thusfar today from what I'm watching. I wonder what is wrong outside of the offensive scheme being busted.

Chiefs Pantalones 11-03-2012 02:16 PM

Geno has a lot of upside but he needs a lot of coaching at the NFL level, IMO. Whichever QB we take we better have the right coaches to further their development or it's all for naught. I think guys like Barkley and Wilson, so far, look more NFL ready, from my eyes. But I'm no scout.

KCUnited 11-03-2012 02:18 PM

Geno simply hedging in case we win a game or 2.

RealSNR 11-03-2012 02:21 PM

TCU is such a bunch of punk ass bitches LMAO

Thumping their chests only to get raped on 4th down

Nightfyre 11-03-2012 02:22 PM

Geno clearly changed the play at the line on fourth down. So I guess thats a positive from todays game.

You can't necessarily look at stats and what the player is now. While that's a big part of it, you also have to project.

I tend to think smith has the highest ceiling, with Wilson just below and Barkley below that

I agree with your assessment.

It seems pretty clear to me that Smith is forcing things, trying to make big plays to keep his team in games.

This WV defense today is playing as well as they have at any time this season, and we might see Smith start to play within himself and show why he's the best prospect in the minds of so many of us that have watched him.

The biggest thing a good coaching staff can teach Smith is that he can not win games by himself.

the last couple of games, that is exactly what he has been trying to do.

Exactly. The eye test has to be #1. What does the QB have? What can he do? What does he need to work on?
