As of now, yes. Rumors suggest otherwise.

If the rumored specs are true, Samsung would be wise to release it in the US.

Wouldn't be the first time a superior model never made it to the states. I'd buy the HTC Butterfly over the One every day of the week.

Rumored dimensions for the LG G3:

Quote:

Phone Screen size Height Width Thickness
HTC One (M8) 5" 146.4 70.6 9.4
Samsung Galaxy S5 5.1" 142 72.5 8.1
LG G2 5.2" 138.5 70.9 8.9
Sony Xperia Z2 5.2" 146.8 73.3 8.2
LG G3 (rumored) 5.5" 141.8 73 9.3

If thats legit and LG can put a 5.5" screen in virtually the same body size as the S5, then everyone else is just doing it wrong imo.

The G3 has a curved glass.

Huh? It's flat as can be, with rounded edges.

DaveNull 05-20-2014 04:32 PM

Maybe it's some kind of pre-release demo, but I've seen folks carrying around a giant LG phone that's curved. But what do I know...I also used a Moto X months before pictures came out and didn't realize it was a big secret. Guess all Android prototypes are safe around iOS folks.

LG G Flex. It's been out awhile.

Most stock keyboards now use something similar to Swype, but it is still able to be run in lieu of the stock keyboards. Install it from the play store and follow the directions.

Posted using Swype on my stock LG G2 running KitKat.

Yeah, I use SwiftKey and it comes with a Swype-like feature. I don't use it.

I did, but the trial version. Which means if I want to keep it I'll have to pay $3.99 for it (I think). Which is b.s., it came free before.

Pablo 05-25-2014 02:53 PM

I use Swiftkey. I honestly can't remember if or what I paid for it; but I'm pretty happy with it.

I have the Note 3. The stock Samsung keyboard came with Swype.
