I'll start! Is it 'The Dish' in Liberty? That's the only pizza place I've been to north of the river!

The first drive in the second half wasn't killed because Charles didn't get the ball. It was killed because we had two tries to convert a very makeable third and 2 and 4th and 1 and failed (and by the way, the refs definitely ****ed up on the spot--Jones' run was most definitely a first down).

And if you're going to argue about the first 3 pass plays in the 3-down sequence, maybe we should place some of the blame on Charles for dropping a first down pass that would have at least given us 5 yards, maybe even a first down.

The second drive... Charles didn't get the ball because on the very first play, Cassel got tagged for intentional grounding. 2nd and 20, then 3rd and 25. Are we really going to be upset because we didn't run on 2nd and 20 given our situation? That drive is on Cassel, not on the inability to use Charles.

The third drive... Jones ran on first down, Cassel throws a pick on 2nd down. Maybe Charles could have run on one of those 2 downs, but c'mon... these are two plays. Now it's 23-7. No reason to give Charles the ball after this point.

To say we lost because we abandoned Charles in the 3rd quarter is completely splitting hairs. It wasn't even close to being a reason why we fell apart.

I posted once last night, and not much today.

I probably won't be around much once school starts next week.

I am, however, upset that we didn't use him effectively in the 2nd half in a tight game, and I'm disappointed that Haley thinks we're all stupid enough to think he was injured when he was on the field picking up blitzers the majority of his 2nd half snaps.

If we had not started turning the ball over we wouldn't be having this conversation. Yes the 4th down call didn't work but do you really think running it up the gut against the Ravens on 4th down would be genious. Not !

Don't agree on the first part. The first drive was effective and killed by a poor ref spot and then a poor playcall. The second and third drive were pretty much killed because Cassel made poor decisions that took the rock away from Charles before the drive ever really had a chance to get legs. You can argue about 1 or 2 plays where he was misused on those 3 drives. But that's about it. It was hardly an issue.

There were definitely other glaring issues in those drives.

we were pumping up 7 hwy and saw an old guy stuck in the road with a flat. me being me stopped. i had brought a good floor jack some sockets and my snap on electric impact just in case anyone at the game had issues, well i stopped to help this old, and i mean about 85, year old guy. he didnt have the tools to lower the spare so i had to improvise. took longer than i thought it would.

So we were late getting to the stadium and took so long to find a spot that i actually had to get out and walk to lot c from just about where you guys were, to meet lundberg and let the wife park and come meet me just so we could get in.....

we did drive by coming in but had to park a long ways away, the people a few spots down were blasting "beat it" lol.

i would have loved to meet some more CPers.

met dole, stevie, and iowanian at my seats and waved at flop, but i'm the guy who never leaves my seat during the game and yesterday was no exception.

Jack harry just said he spoke to the owner and Weiss was at the pizza place but refuses to talk football when he comes in. Also said Haley was never mentioned and there were only like 8 people there. The owner said the report isn't accurate at all.

Great, the news just ran with Fescoe's story, so now at the water cooler we all will have to deal with stupid ass wannabe fans:
