Nothing injects a little life into any thread like Alex Smith, so here you go... is he super bowl material?
You're welcome... http://arrowheadaddict.com/2015/04/0...bowl-material/ |
That's surprisingly objective for ArrowheadAddict.
The fan base is slowly realizing Alex is just a guy. |

I started getting fat eating too much hummus all the time. Had to go pescetarian-ish as I started back up at the gym and needed to increase the proteins while keeping it leaner. Going through 20 oz.+ of hummus and a Costco bag of fruit and nut mix every two days was starting to take it's toll. Went from 220 lb. right before vegan to 175 lb. 45 days after the initial plunge and now I'm back up and hovering around 230 to 235 lb. I'd like to get up to approximately 250-260 before cutting, though that's probably going to take another year if I keep it lean (or as lean as I currently am). That's in an exact two year span. Kinda weird when I think about it. |
Taking your advice though. Pretty tired of paying 5 bucks for a tub, even if it is the econo-sized from Sam's Club.
I'm guessing 5 bucks buys a lot of chickpeas. |

The Tahini will be initially pricey, but you aren't going to use that much per batch and it should last you a long time. Everything else you are going to throw in there is relatively cheap. You'll end up at about $1.00 per 16 oz. of end product hummus and you'll get it exactly how you want it to taste - and it will be much better tasting. Store bought hummus is some ****ing nasty shit. |
I would give this board mouth to mouth, but I don't want to catch anything.
