Sad to say it, but the window to extend Hosmer and Moustakas is gone.

They might - MIGHT - have been able to extend Hosmer for one year before last season or this season, paying him extra during arb, and betting on him putting it together.

Now? No shot unless they're willing to pay market value.

Moustakas is still a little bit of a possibility, but I doubt it happens now, either.

Right now, Hosmer is everything he was scouted to be in the minors. Here's to a full season of that!
