Kurt Busch in 8th in the Indy500
|
Quote:
He plays childish mind games with teammates and has no problem trying to take them out on the track. It is rare to see an F1 driver behave like that. The sport is too dangerous. His interviews with the media about his present and former teammates turns fans off. In his seven or eight years in F1, he caused enormous trouble with the following F1 World Champion teammates, Jenson Button, Fernando Alonso, and now Nico Rosberg. I will fill you in on things he did to Rosberg just this week later. |
I had to run to work for a few hours, how is Montoya and Busch doing in the race so far?
Thanks! |
7TH AND 8TH
|
OMG Kurt Busch is running 7th - How great is that for a rookie in open wheel? Wow!
Montoya is running 6th - |

They moved up.... Wow, I am so happy for them... |
Crash!
Hope he is okay. Damn I don't follow IndyCar... However, I do know the names of a few of the great drivers. |
Wow, what moves by Castroneves and Hunter-Reay! Yikes!
Hunter-Reay wins!! Unbelievable what happened to Castroneves wife? He has a girlfriend? LOL okay, Busch has to hurry and get on a plane to Charlotte for tonight's race. He had to finish fourth or fifth. He will have raced 1,000 in a day. |

that was pretty badass |

The "passing and repassing" in the last few laps was awesome |

Looks like Castroneves the Brazilian, traded in his wife for a new girlfriend. |

So is NASCAR more dangerous than Indy car? Seems like the dudes have gotta be crazy in Indy car. Their god damn head is sticking out of the vehicle when going 200 mph. What if they flip or get rammed and tip ober? Looks like those cars could be light and have a chance to fly in the air somewhat if getting airborne

According to IndyCar.com over the same 20 years, seven IndyCar drivers were killed in races. In IndyCar, the danger is everywhere on oval and having 230 mph cars side-by-side do not make the sport safe. In Formula 1, the peril is in cornering. While a mistake on a road course can send a Formula 1 driver spinning off the track, a mistake on an oval can send an IndyCar flying into a concrete barrier. IndyCar has come a long way with safer walls and barriers and have followed some of Formula 1 safety advancements. Indianapolis Motor Speedway has copied Formula 1 and now has a mobile state-of-the-art trauma center at every race. Nevertheless, there will always be risks associated with racing, no matter the motorsport. |
Oh forcryinoutloud, there goes Danica, Ambrose and who else?
Ambrose, sheesh! How many cars did he ruin? Four? |

Wow...RNR, your boy has led 102 laps...
JimiJo led 90 laps...and NASCAR.com freezes my computer. I love that commercial - Little boy says, "I dream of being a NASCAR race car driver." Little girl says, "Me to." The kids are so cute. |
McMurray doing it again. ROFL

I love NASCAR and fans for their continuing support of our military at every race for as long as I can remember. Nobody does it better.
Can you imagine the politically correct trying to stop NASCAR prayers before the start of each race? |

Holy shit the 4 is passing people like they're parked.
|
Here is what I do not understand - Pit stops are important - It could be the difference between winning and losing. So, why limit the amount of crew over the wall.
In F1, they have three crew members for each tire. The crew change tires in three seconds and under - Six seconds with close to 20 crew members all working on the entire car. NASCAR should allow teams to add more crew members to change tires. J/M/O |
that is some hard racing between Kenseth and Jimmie
|
Jimmaaaay
|
There is a reason that guy has 6 titles~

Congratulations to Jimmie Johnson on his first win in 2014.

Good morning!
The weather is going to be chamber of commerce-style perfect today. Might want to put on your sunglasses before turning on the TV. |
If Harvick or Cryle wins I'll gouge my eyes out with a spoon
|
Edwards, you better get your head out of your ass and win.
