There are always a ton of websites collecting the latest information surrounding free agency.
Can anyone recommend a good Web site? I've only been using the following sites: http://dfw.cbslocal.com/nfl-free-agency-tracker/ Keeps everything in one place... lol http://subscribers.footballguys.com/...y1=rel&filter= |

Free agent linebacker Justin Durant has agreed to terms with the Detroit Lions, according to a league source. |
According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, free agents Jason Snelling and Jerome Harrison are emerging as candidates to back up Steven Jackson with the Rams.
It's interesting that neither is a scat back and both have shown the ability to shoulder the load for stretches when called upon. It's not clear if Snelling or Harrison would preclude the Rams from chasing Reggie Bush or Darren Sproles to function as a passing-down specialist. |

Didn't know Breaston had such a bad knee. I am sure Pioli and Haley know a lot better than this douche.
Chiefs agreed to terms with WR Steve Breaston on a five-year contract with $9 million guaranteed. The long-speculated move comes to fruition. We just can't help but think the Chiefs might live to regret this one. Breaston's right knee injury became so problematic down the stretch last season that he essentially lost his starting job to small-school rookie Andre Roberts. On the bright side, Breaston is a fairly young receiver (28) who when healthy can stretch the field and has familiarity with Todd Haley's offense. We suspect he'll end up playing more snaps than raw first-round rookie Jonathan Baldwin. It just won't be a good fantasy situation. Source: Jim Trotter on Twitter |

ready to wrap up the first day of tweeting. I think the Lions do have a great chance at getting J. Joseph, but the Bengals are still in hunt |
Mike Freeman of CBSSports.com reports "at least a dozen" teams are interested in free agent Plaxico Burress and consider him a "low-risk" bargain.
"It is stunning," says Freeman, "that team executives speak about Burress' future with such certainty like they've stepped into a time machine." Execs tell Freeman that Plax will "retain his athletic ability" and return to form "easier and quicker" than Michael Vick at a less demanding position. The entire report reads like it came straight from the desk of agent Drew Rosenhaus, through Freeman cites multiple front office sources. In addition to the Giants and Steelers, Freeman says the Redskins, Eagles, Jets, and another mystery team have emerged as the "top contenders" for Plax. Source: CBSSports.com |

Dallas agrees to 3 year deal with OL Kyle Kosier. Deal expected to be worth around $9M |
Dolphins, Broncos working to get Kyle Orton deal done
Kyle Orton is getting closer to becoming the starting quarterback of the Miami Dolphins. Mike Klis of the Denver Post reports that the Broncos are in serious trade discussions with the Dolphins about Orton. And multiple reports out of Miami indicate that the Dolphins seriously want Orton. The deal isn’t done yet: It does not appear that the Dolphins and Broncos have agreed on what a fair price for Orton would be, and Orton, who is due more than $8 million this season, would likely need to agree to a new contract with the Dolphins. So there are some potential obstacles. But the indications are that Orton is on the way to Miami, and it’s close enough to done that the Dolphin fan backlash has already begun, and there’s even a backlash against the backlash. That’s a fine way to welcome Orton to Miami. |

don't listen to that guy, Andre Roberts had ONE, ONE good game and it was against Dallas last season. The dude didn't dethrone shit. Breaston got injured yes, but it was early on in the season and his bounce back game was an 8 catch 100 yard game. And he also had two 90+ yard games after that. For a guy with a "bum wheel" that is not too bad. He still produced after his injury, for a guy that can produce as well as you can when you have to deal with guys like Derek Anderson, John Skelton and Richard Bartel throwing you the ball. I mean, he literally had scrubs at QB. That's not his fault his number suffered. Missed 3 games still had 700 yards receiving with the worst QB situation in the league last season. And he wasn't the number 1 option either. That guy writing that is a joker. Andre Roberts and his 300 yards for the season (100 of those he got in one game) didn't beat anyone |
