How do you think he could be a victim, genious?

ROFL

You are all wilfully ignorant about this because Marty has become the Tyreek Hill of this forum.

You are all fake news.

I am quoting this post to show my agreement with it.

Sincerely,

The reasoning behind the petition has already been established.

A paternity suit is brought when a Court order is needed to identify the father of a child. This legal action allows the court to order child support and make orders about parenting time. Paternity issues may arise under some of the following circumstances:

When the child is born to unmarried people and the mother is seeking child support;

When the child is born to unmarried people and the state is seeking current or past due child support;

When the child is born to unmarried people and the man is seeking to prove that he is the father of that child.

Doesn’t signing a birth certificate take the place of a paternity action?

Having the father sign a birth certificate is one of the things that creates a presumption of paternity. However, a court action is still needed so that agreements or Court orders about child support and parenting time can be made and enforced.

Dude, I understand you're going to defend your boy...

But "mentioning" and SCREAMING FROM THE ROOFTOPS are two different things. If there was any EVIDENCE then Petro, Grunhard, Paylor, Shefter, etc. would be using their platforms to talk about it.

Petro would be talking about NOTHING ELSE on his show.

But he mentioned it in passing as speculation.

I'm not willfully ignorant, I'm just not taking the word of an armchair reporter when he's the only person taking this stance. Like I said, if for some reason Terez got scooped by a month by a little league baseball coach, I'll get in line and give him his due.

EDIT: And I'll lose a ton of respect for Paylor - a full time, professional reporter - for getting beat to a story by a month by a dude who works a full time job and coaches LL baseball.

Use your head man. That's what the states site says, that's not necessarily her intention.
If you read the tweet about her wanting to gain some custody and limit visitation youd be able to surmise that it's a preemptive measure to gather leverage for later. She didnt have to file it, unless it was court ordered or there was a question of the father there would be no reason for her to ask for it unless Tyreek was saying they werent his.
That's possible, but as of yet there is no indication he has said anything to that.

Thank you. Should have quoted the link. There may be or have been an ex boyfriend involved but that’s obviously not the reason for the test

They can't report these things right now because their sources told them not to.

They can only allude to it.

I hope for credibility sake that turns out to be the case, but this sounds a lot like some of the early tweets by STAR reporters acting like they had some smoking gun...
