He basically said that while Karlaftis sack numbers are around the same as others, he generated more pressures on the non sack plays compared to the others. It was a compliment.

I'm saying it is probably a good thing because he GETS to the QB. Sometimes sacks are not the end all be all stat and may not have got the sacks simply due to the QBs he's faced.
