C3HIEF3S 07-28-2015 12:38 PM

Roundtable time, predict the two arms.

Omfg ... That makes us the best team in baseball. We literally have a platoon guy to get Infante out of the lineup against righties and Dyson against lefties. Say goodbye to Orlando though

I think Cuthbert is the man out.

I also hope the Royals extend Gordon. I think both sides would like for him to be a Royal for the duration of his MLB career.
However, I was looking at the four outfielders currently in Omaha and the cupboard does not look bare. I'd Like to hear Duncan's review of;

Brett Eiber, Raymond Fuentes, Jose Martinez, and Whit Merrfield

Do any of these four outfielders have potential to be every day players in the majors?

Merrified was given the dreaded "org guy" designation by GMDM, according to Andy. Eibner's age seems to put him in a similar category (akin to Kila and Pickering)

I think it would be reasonable to expect our farm to supplant Rios' spot, but expecting them to fill the shoes of both Gordo and Rios might be asking for too much.

Almonte is going to be one of them.

And probably a throw in guy.

duncan_idaho 07-28-2015 12:40 PM

Prediction:

One of Manaea or Almonte is in this deal. Other piece is a lower level guy.

Bufkin 07-28-2015 12:41 PM

If we don't win the World Series this year, I'm going to kill somebody.

Holland and Binford.

Also a guess. I don't really know.
