if she was using his last name (without researching the laws in ks. so 'm not sure) and they lived together would she be considered common law wife?

No. Not unless they BOTH were publically passing themselves off as husband and wife.

No link, but take my word for it. To make that more palatable for you, my buddy who is a Divorce Lawyer in KS told me.

A*common law marriage*will be recognized in*Kansas*if the couple considers themselves to be*marriedand publicly holds themselves out to be*married*and if they are legally eligible to marry. No minimum period of cohabitation is required.

From state of ks...

they weren't even living together dipshit

She wasn't even in KC for several years, nitwit. And Tyreek was living in a hotel at the end of last season.

You are so ignorant. ROFL

Once again... can you even read?

No minimum period of cohabitation is required means they never had to live together to be common law married.

Why is it even being discussed?
In her petition for paternity she states "never were nor had plans to marry"

well we know that is a lie...

they both announced an engagement.

why was the court taking control of child support payments because of her being convicted of extortion ever being discussed?

it's a discussion board. we were talking about her spending his money and using his last name.

you may try to follow along a little better.

He did. They were separated while the investigation happened.

She stayed in the home.

Then, one day, she passed out and the child was unsupervised. Tyreek saw it on his security system and called 911.

Because he cares about his son's welfare.
