I quit this week as well.
I had said I wanted to be smoke free by my birthday.
Didn’t quite make it.:( BUT!! I started coming down with a bug last Sat, by Sunday I was in bed all day, Monday, -Wed were rough, but I managed. The doc isn’t quite sure if I had a touch of food poisoning, or a slight flu bug, either way, it’s now 1:29 am, and I’ve officially gone 6 days with out a smoke.ROFL Quit cold turkey, and today was work day #2 with out one. Don’t know if I’m starting to feel any better or not??:hmmm: But I know one thing is for sure, since the headaches have passed you can’t say 2 words to me without some primal force taking over and having me want to kill you. (Go ahead and say it, a RaIders fan gonna go to prison for murder! :banghead: ) I’ll keep you posted! |

Kick them cigs.... you'll never regret it.

speaking of giving up stuff... Im on day 25 of No Mountain Dew. I quit smoking cigs back in 1997, and have never had another tobacco cigarette...
but the Mountain Dew crack habit is a tough one... but I act like the shit doesnt exist in my world. As a result of not drinking Mountain Crack... plus working out, I have lost exactly 20 lbs in about 8 weeks. |
