183 total yards before garbage time (at the 2:41 point in the 4th)

After rewatching it, you are right. They werent. I stand corrected.

At that point of the game, my focus went to making sure all the kids running around didnt kill each other in my house and not so much on the game.

Being able to rewatch it without distractions, I can credit Cassel with making some great throws.

good call and rep is due!

I just figured it out.

Jason Whitlock = Denise.

There it is.

You are professionally and personally bitter over Pioli's "media policies" and "Pentagon-like security or secrets" and that frames everything petty thing you write about the Chiefs these days.

Have you ever listened to Colin Cowherd? From the frist days after he replaced Tony Kornheiser, and repeatedly over the years, he had the professional courage to drop the fascade and admit publicly that his job isn't to speak truth. His job is to generate controversy and create a buzz that hooks listeners.

You'd serve yourself well by writing a similar mea-culpa, owning up to your own role in the KC sports media and explalining how frustrated you are with the media policies of this new regime and how such policies cloud your judgement.

That sort of honesty from the media is incredibly refreshing. I'd like to see that from you.

Surely Whitlock doesn't believe Waters is playing at a Pro Bowl level...or even in the same ballpark....let's hear it, jwhit.

Who's reaching?

Waters has sucked this year. He leads the linemen in penalties.

So why is Whitlock on here qualifying him as a Pro Bowl guard as if it gives him some sort of credibility over Haley?

Does Whitlock believe Waters is playing at some sort of high level? Why else make that statement? He can't just swoop in here, make loaded statements and then jet out the back door scott free.

Explain yourself, jwhit.

Drew Bledsoe is gay!

Now you could rightfully say that Waters never was "all that" to begin with, and that Roaf made him a Pro Bowler by proxy, and you'll get no argument from me.
But I believe a more honest take is that unlike Gonzales who is a major name the league over and who had the power to question these guys and be taken very seriously outside of KC, Waters didn't have that kind of pull and had to acquiesce to the situation presented to him.
The old "players don't get to dictate this and that"-trip.

Unless you're Gonzales.

And can make life uncomfortable down the road if the team isn't doing well.

Which it's not.

And Drew Bledsoe IS ghey.

Yes, Waters is going out and dogging it because he doesn't like Haley.

Utter bullshit.

You've never worked for a boss you hated? Or for a company/situation you had no respect for?

And if he's dogging it, why the **** is he in the starting lineup?

Sweet Daddy Hate 11-09-2009 03:52 AM

I ask because I sincerely doubt he's being considered as part of the "Right 53".

And if he IS considered as such by Haoli, then **** us ALL with an industrial-sized mop handle.

He's not dogging it.

He's not the type.

I agree, he just needs to run the ball more. They were actually getting the running game going a little yesterday, then abandoned it.

oh wait it's 3rd and 19 again

Yep, and Cassel holds on to the ball too long.

Cause he ain't as open as other WRs.
