at this point I dont see the benefits of moving training camp to St Joe.....I'd just rather have it at arrowhead complex

I'd be very surprised. It doesn't typically fit their 3-4 style. But things change.

I doubt that. These aren't cap clearing cuts IMO. They're more like, "meh, thanks for everything but you wont make the team since we're getting younger, so here, we'll release you early out of respect" type cuts.
