Yeah, BMI is a joke, I know. Even the military uses it to determine if you're overweight...stupid. If you come in "overweight", they measure your waist and your neck and figure out the ratio between them to see if you're fat or not lol.

Wow. I am 5'11". If I got down to 140 I would look like a ****ing corpse.

I am trying to get down to the 190/200 range.

Don't kid yourself. I thought 230 would be good for my height and when I got there I was still fat. Then I did the same with 200. I have a solid 10 lbs or so left at this point.

Only down 2 pounds for the month of February. Didn't really change anything. However, didn't exercise. I think i'm getting to the point where I won't be able to lose much more weight without exercising.

Yep. I thought 175 would be fine when I was 250 lbs. Now i'm 179 and realize i've got a long way to go.
