Don't kid yourself. I thought 230 would be good for my height and when I got there I was still fat. Then I did the same with 200. I have a solid 10 lbs or so left at this point.

179. Only down 2 pounds for the month of February. Didn't really change anything. However, didn't exercise. I think i'm getting to the point where I won't be able to lose much more weight without exercising. |
