Anybody who thinks the French are pussy surrender monkeys needs to study WWI. Google "Battle of Verdun" and tell me who's a pussy....

I hate Alex Smith as our QB. But just as you're not going to improve him overnight, you're also not going to shatter him overnight. He will probably play his usual 9-7 self Sunday which is good enough to keep us in the game. I don't think it will be a blowout because the chiefs rarely get blown out, let alone back to back games.

Smith has looked worse each week. He's not had an impressive outing since his playoff game.

His trend line isn't moving up.

That's ridiculous. During the 7-1 run last year, Alex played some of his best football. Was nearly 50% on third downs.
And the alex Smith in week 1 and 2 can win you 8 or 9 games. It doesn't mean it's good enough. But it's just good enough to support the team he has to mediocrity.

I don't think Alex's spleen appreciated being sacked seven times on Monday Night....

Sorry, no. People were spouting this bullshit before Green Bay ripped our nuts off and stuffed them down our throats, too.

Cincinnati is actually better than Denver and Green Bay from 1-53. This is going to be ****ing brutal.

Cincy better than Green Bay? Same Cincy that played a banged up Baltimore and Chargers squad (who are terrible at defending the pass)? And against the Raiders who had Carr leave the game?
They are improved, I'll give them that.

The team with the fewest turnovers wins this one.
Smith, Maclin, Kelce, and Charles are just as good as Dalton, Green, Eifert, and Bernard.

Im hoping for a loss. . last thing we need is for the Chiefs to come out and have a great game to get our hopes up again. .

Yes.

Green Bay's OL is not very good, and their WRs were just OK the other night. Their D is just OK (Alex made it look like hot shit).

Cincy has a top 5 OL, outstanding skill positions with no injuries, and a well above average defense with no glaring weaknesses.

We lose by at least 10 and probably a blow out.

Dalton is not Rodgers. We aren't playing the best player in the NFL. I think this is a game we can win.

While true, Cincy may be the best TEAM in the NFL. A lot of people picking them to go to the Super Bowl this year before the season.

Their OL is the same from last year and Dalton's 2015 stats are skewed by the fact that he played piss poor defenses. Law of averages has a way of catching up to people, and Sunday could very well be that day for our ginger friend. I just pray that our front 7 can stop Bernard

It was awesome last year, too. 22 sacks? Wow.

The personnel is the same, so the OL isn't contributing to Dalton's increased performance. I firmly believe it has to do with their schedule. Peters and Smith will have a tough task but they can do it, Dalton is a classic choke artist. Jeremy hill is supposed to be questionable too
