He may not find chemistry with these dudes...we have a pretty shitty WR room.

The only one who makes any kind of sense in that regard is Rice and 95% of that comes from the fact that he understands what the scramble drill is since he was pretty good at it in college...

The rest of the group seems to really struggle with it but it's an instinctual thing.

This is a terrible week in fantasy at TE..

Kelce out, Waller is questionable...Mark Andrews is also questionable...

Kittle also banged up (as usual).

Front office will need to figure it out if none of the current guys are the right answer. Long term you have to find some acceptable options.

Sadly it looks like the decision to choose Chris Jones over Tyreek Hill is not going to work out, since Jones is likely a goner. Hindsight is 20/20, but if they knew Jones would act like this...they would have already traded Jones and found a way to keep Tyreek.

So far they haven't exactly been great at finding weapons that mesh with Mahomes...

We have whiffed really hard on the higher capital spent on those positions.

Normally, I'd agree with you. But Toney acted like a clown in the offseason towards the Giants by acting like they made this big mistake in trading him and then played like he did last night...it's not a good look.

Karma is a real thing. Last night felt like the team believed they could just show up and win. Hopefully this is a wake-up call

Serious question.

So has Toney ever been known for having drops before like this?

If he had caught the balls that would have been fairly routine catches for him up to this point, wouldn't he have looked like a number 1 in limited snaps coming back from injury?

So yea, this level of drops isn't tolerable but is there anything in his history to think it will continue?

Has he mentally checked out from focusing before?

I was aware of the long injury history.

So THAT's what happened to his eyebrows?

It has nothing to do with Hill, you eventually pay the price for decisions...Helaire and Skyy Moore are the decisions that are ****ing us right now.

That was 1 season. Long haul, it's not looking great with Jones.

Sure but ****ing up top 45 picks at WR and RB is how you end up going where are our playmakers?

Iowanian 09-08-2023 02:08 PM

People have short memories.

It wasn't very many games ago, in fact...a very recent game for the Chiefs were we were all celebrating KT. He made some big plays under big lights.

Don't quit on him yet.

It was the same problem with Hill. They can't have a bunch of top paid guys.
