Well, I guess they know their pitchers and what they can handle better than we do.

Chapman doesn't have a great history when asked to deliver a heavy workload.

Herrera is a completely different story. Herrera generally excels over multiple innings (as the 2014 & 15 playoffs proved).

Hope that Maddon's just thinking limit the damage to get to the 9th with a 5 run lead. No way Chapman should go 2 1/3 again. Wonder what the chances are we see Lester tomorrow night.

I think the chances of seeing Jon Lester on the bump in the middle to late innings tomorrow are very high

Tomorrow night? I'm still nervous about that damn goat goat showing up tonight.

I'm so much more frustrated on the verge of the Cubs pushing this to a game 7 than I should be now. Everyone in the baseball world is searching through statistics and sabermetrics right now to try and figure out what the **** is in Maddons gatorade cup.

Of course, most (or at least a lot) of Ned's crazy moves actually worked out for a while.

To be fair, Collins putting Familia in with a 6 run lead in Game 3 ended up being a great move for the Royals.

Familia would have likely started the 8th in Game 4 if he hadn't pitched the previous night.
