Gailey > Haley

Chiefs should have fired Haley and kept Haley.

give you a specific example ... the Interception by Cassel

The scheme of that play was to have the outside WR run the defender off deep and complete an "out" pattern on the sideline. Our brilliant offensive coaching put a slow ass tightend on the outside so he was too slow to run the defender off. In fact, he was so slow that he ran the defender RIGHT INTO the interception.

know your personnel
know your scheme

Most people watching the game thought "what a stupid throw by Cassel" but in reality that play was doomed by the personnel package.

Moeaki is hurt but we tried to run the same plays.

Too bad we didn't sign that 2nd tightend i wanted(heap/miller) in the offseason. ;)

Stupid. I dont give a **** what scheme youre running. An NFL QB should not miss open receivers at the rate Cassel does.

But, by all means, keep hanging from his junk.

Glad I didn't go to an NYC sports bar and watch this abortion.

You Chiefs fans cry a lot.

Perhaps there was a reason Haley practiced whining about other teams running up the score during the preseason. Obviously, he knew that it was something he would have need to perfect for the upcoming weeks.

Just be glad our guys perfected their whining techniques during the lockout, instead of wasting their time lifting weights or organizing practices.

Well, getting humiliated by a horrible team like the Bills is a pretty ominous sign.

Because it's Buffalo, NY.

We're not horrible, but if you really think that, then you are overreacting a LOT. We went 4-12 last year and blew so many games that we could have won it was sick, like against the Steelers and Ravens, two teams that were really good. We even took you guys to OT with a truly horrible run defense.

This game reflects individuals taking the Bills very lightly, as well as a poor performance by Matt Cassel- there is NO WAY our secondary is that good, but good QBs exploit it as we'll find out.

This loss by the Chiefs isn't a death knell, but shows how important the passing game is to maintaining balance- if you can't pass the ball effectively, there is no WAY you can run the ball against even an average defense. Our matchup is over, but there still are 15 games left to go.... and I'm smart enough to know that there is no WAY in hell the Bills will win 8 games or more based off of this performance- the NFL adjusts and will figure out what we did today.

Did any team have a worse performance than we did today?

I didn't pay much attention to other games...

The Texans killed the Colts and the Ravens sodomized the Steelers, but I'm pretty sure the Chiefs lost by the widest margin.
