I am very interested in this question as well and believe the jury should hear the answers (even though they look like they are ready to convict either way).

This is a good point. However, upon viewing the motion, this judge rules that Chiefsplanet jurisprudence overrides American jurisprudence, and there was enough de facto evidence and public outrage to warrant the charges. Therefore, the charges stand unless the defense can somehow produce a better case than did the prosecution.

The problem so far is, other than tricking Mecca into speaking, the Persecution, er, uhm Prosectution really hasn't given us enough reason to justify our guilty vote.
