This is exactly what I would do. If you lose a waiter at a pizza joint over it - shit happens. They're fungible.

Oh yeah, and Chiefsnorth is welcome to join us. Deeznuts can come along for comic relief, Frazod for security and Rainman to class up the joint.
My favorite pizza is anchovies and jalapeņos. I hope that isn't a deal breaker.

Oh, and our corporate colors will have to be orange and blue.

I tip on service only. If it's poor service, I give 10%, average gets 15% and excellent deserves 20%.

If I'm unhappy with the meal or a portion of the meal, I speak with the manager and 90% of the time, the manager removes the item(s) from the bill.

I'd NEVER punish the wait staff for a poor menu item. That line of thinking doesn't really make much sense to me.

Yeap. I don't even talk talk to the manager, I just don't go there again or if it's a place I frequent, I just won't order that particular item again. Of course I'm not a baller like you.

Jesus ****ing Christ, lol. That is not the point. How many times do I have to say that it's not my business what you do or when you do it or how you do it? If you're going to add a gratuity in it seems to me you'd have to post that somewhere before they ordered the food. On the menu or a sign. I don't think it would be right to just add it arbitrarily, sometimes yes and sometimes no. If you do that I think you're opening yourself up to a discrimination suit.
