Well it doesn't have even close to everything like Netflix, but it has plenty of stuff we've never seen including multiple seasons of many TV show dramas, plus I can stream many albums over my stereo as well. I'd pay for it just for the shipping as it saves us a lot since we order from them quite a bit.

I use albums on You Tube for free and blast it. Especially when cleaning. Ramones are usually good for that. Keeps me in action. :D

Oh, nay nay, that's not mine. Just saw it on FB and thought I'd add it to this thread - as if we need any more reasons to buy more cast iron pans.

But it's on my list now, I just need an excuse to make such a sinful dish!

The Truth About Cast Iron Pans: 7 Myths That Need To Go Away

Highlights without explanation below. Click the link to read more. I do not agree with all of these, though.

Quote:

Myth #1: "Cast iron is difficult to maintain."

Myth #2: "Cast iron heats really evenly."

Myth #3: "My well-seasoned cast iron pan is as non-stick as any non-stick pan out there."

Myth #4: "You should NEVER wash your cast iron pan with soap."

Myth #5: "Don't use metal utensils on your cast iron pan!"

Myth #6: "Modern cast iron is just as good as old cast iron. It's all the same material, after all."

I'm set on skillets... I need one or two larger dutch ovens, though. I only have one CI dutch oven, a relatively small 5-quart.

I have a CI Dutch Oven on my Christmas list I had to provide to my mother-in-law. :)
I always tell them they don't have to get me anything, but hell....if ya want a list, I'll give you a list.

I have done the EXACT same thing. I have one standard Lodge and one enameled Tramontina on the list.

one year i mentioned I would like a new set of pots and pans; casually mentioned it etc. then at Christmas, they bought a bad ass set.

on the ride home, i mentioned to my wife that it was a really nice set, and they they shouldn't have spent that much money on me/us; and i thought it was probably $200 or something. My wife said "more". I said "300"?....she said "more". I stopped asking after $400. lol. Love the pots/pans.

Wow. Can they be my in-laws, too?

My grandma is giving me a cast iron dutch oven and another cast iron skillet. She has to find it in the attic she tells me; and I doubt it's been used in a decade plus.

But I have one coming, so that's cool.
