Scientists, get your shit together and build us a QB worthy of Mordor.

LMAO

It's true though, right? If Smith had Barkley's personality and four years starting experience in the WCO with his numbers, there's no doubt he'd be a slam dunk #1 overall.

I do too. It wont surprise me one bit if they do take him. They have enough holes filled on the team through free agency and resigning their own, that they can take and stash geno smith for a year if they need to.

They can also cut alex smith loose after a year as well.....

Now we're getting somewhere in life, you and I... :)

If we're able to breed hybrid lions+tigers then there is no reason we can't have our hybrid QB.

Dorsey: "Geno, if you could step into that room that'd be great. We're going to need a semen sample. Matt, you're next."

It doesn't matter.

An ACL is completely replaced with that of a cadaver. It's not repaired, it's replaced.

The biggest issue is rehab but as it's been proven in the past year, ACL's can be rehabbed quickly and efficiently.

Im going thru ACL reconstruction rehab right now. It ****ing sucks. RG3 has an entire medical team and PT specialist up his ass daily, so he'll be fine in the long run. But I tell you, this shit is painful.

That's interesting. I know quite a few guys that have had ACL surgery and all have had replacements, not grafts.

A cursory Google search shows that grafts are dangerous, especially for young athletes, with graft failure at 55% for under 25 athletes.

Very interesting indeed.

Allografts are very common these days with the advances in medicine, but if I remember correctly, they took the graft from RG3. I wondered why because it takes longer to heal, but maybe they didnt want the risk of rejection. Im running that risk right now, hoping to god it doesnt reject.

I think my ACL was a graft as well, but that was like 400 years ago.

That sucks. A neighbor tore his ACL playing basketball and he's 48. He's been on crutches but can at least rehab in his pool.

Good luck with your recovery!

The Chiefs are just trying to draft the best player in this entire draft. They have another month to figure out who it will be. If it's Geno Smith, or maybe someone like Dee Milliner then just take him. Take the guy who'll end up in the HOF. How often does a team pick #1 overall?

This is his second ACL repair/replacement, so the doctors are being extra cautious.

Thoughts? RT @ProFootballWkly: PFW's top-ranked QBs: 1. Barkley 2. Nassib 3. Manuel 4. Wilson 5. Dysert 6. Geno Smith.
