Great speed Great movement ability Natural, great hands. You can't possibly look at this and then look at Hopkins and say that OBJ doesn't bring more to the table physically. OBJ was on a shit Browns team with a shit QB that people didn't want to accept was shit, then gets traded mid season by a Rams team who slowly worked him in through out the season. IF you want to argue about his health and availability, sure. But the man can flat out ball when he's on the field. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/TD4QiKpJbQc" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen></iframe> |

The primary reason to bring in a guy like DH is not for jump balls. It's just a great bonus.
The reason to bring him in is the ability to consistently beat press man, something JJSS isn't great at, neither is MVS. Basically, we have Kelce and Toney for that, and we're not sure Toney will be able to stay healthy for the entire season. So that leaves Kelce. Again. Whether it's OBJ or DH, both are great man-beaters. And let's remember that last season teams played press man against KC far more often than they have since 2018. And the best secondaries were able to stall our offense doing it. Secondly, Pat is far better at beating zones, and our receivers are as well. Getting one of these guys or someone like them, and Andy can force them out of man back into zone, and Pat feasts, and we win another SB. |

DH has had one knee surgery, and based on what I saw him doing this season in person, he's recovered. |
I'd be happy with it, only because you won the Superbowl with a Mid WR room no guarantee you can do it again. Let Pat Cook

Fuggit, draft Hyatt AND sign OBJ.
OBJ MVS Toney Hyatt Moore ....commence fapperations. My god, that'd be a scary receiver room. |

That's how I see it, I'm sure BV does too! Who can best help us retain our offense or even be better than last year! |
we're moving all our chips in this offseason to go back to back
build a super team |
All this talk about Hopkins and OBJ I think Veach could throw a curve ball and go after DJ Moore from the Panthers. Fits what Veach typically goes after and could be a perfect match for the offense.

And yet still offers the same level of hands and route running. BUT DOESN'T COST DRAFT PICKS. And his knee would have to be evaluated and green lit. That kinda goes w/o saying, doesn't it. And again, the Chiefs could negotiate with OBJ on their terms. They don't have to trade picks for a guy and then get held hostage for a change in contract demands. |
