of course you do, OKCchief fan.

I mean, after MJ won his 1st title it was over.

I predict the same thing to happen for LeBron from now until he hits 34 and then we'll see how he's playing before I predict any other prolonged dynasty success.

I prefer LeBron takes his talents elsewhere after this three peat...LA, Cleveland...I don't care.

I want him to rape and rape on different teams and just show everyone "omg look I can win wherever I go because I'm the best player ever"

I think that would be cool.

Like OKC doesnt?

Those teams didn't have 2 players the caliber of Durant at Westbrook who still hadn't reached their prime either.

If LeBron could do it with anyone he would be on his 4th or 5th title by now. It absolutely matters who is playing with him. Doesn't have to be Bosh or Wade, but he has to have a few.

There are too many variables in sports. Too many things can happen. Lots of these teams that people call being dynasties or the greatest teams of all time fall short. LeBron and the Heat could dominate for a long time or shit could happen. I respect your opinion on a lot of stuff unlike most, but I think you are being a bit shortsighted here. Even thoughin the end you could be right about LeBron winning 5 straight.

I don't blame Pringles though. I hate that MF, but Kobe is going to play the minutes Kobe wants to play.

I just read a rumor on Twitter that D'Antoni is already tired of the pressure of Lakerland and will likely work on a buyout over the summer. Howard has gone to management and told them he wants Phil next year so I expect some type of smoothing over process if this were in fact true.

I don't think the Phil bridge is completely burned.

As long as Jim Buss is running the basketball ops, it's completely burnt. It's to the point where Jenny Buss (Phil's fiance and team president or something) doesn't even talk to Jim.

Dude I love OKC. Durant is one of my favorite players...I love the fact that city rallies around that team and makes their home games amazing to watch.

I just don't see, IMO, anyone getting past LeBron anytime soon. His game is just on another level that I haven't probably seen...ever.

I have watched every single lakers game this year and that shit is always ugly when dwight is on offense. HIs pick and roll this year has been terrrible. I dont care about what he's done in the past on another team. Im going by what i have seen this year. He's good at dunking and getting fouled thats it. On offense at least.

okcchief 04-13-2013 01:34 PM

The free throw bitching always cracks me up. Smart teams teach their players to go to the rim and draw contact. The Thunder players were not good at this originally. They worked on it. Harden his first year NEVER drew contact now he's on the the best in the league. KD and Westbrook go to the rim a lot. LeBron and Wade go to the rim a lot. Kobe goes to the rim a lot. Sometimes you get calls and sometimes you don't. Westbrook in game 4 of the Finals went to the rim 20 times and drew 1 foul. Sometimes you get calls and sometimes you don't. Part of good teams going to the line though is by design. That's part of the reason they are good teams. It's not just the ref blowing the whistle because you are a star. People that bitch about every little call should just stop watching basketball and end their frustration.

Another "miracle" recovery in the making.

Derrick Rose hasn't gotten the message.

I'm not saying you are totally off base. I'm well aware of LeBron's greatness. I'm also well aware that Westbrook and Durant can get so much better than they are now which is ridiculously good. A break here and there they will get one or two from them. I follow and love the team so it's hard not to have a little bias I suppose. I don't think anyone on this board would say I'm full blown homer. I'm often critical of the Thunder even in a season where they are about to win 60 games and be the first seed in a tough Western conference. I also believe their potential is far from tapped. If not, LeBron rapes the World.

Someone needs to ban Kobe from the internet for a while.

If Kobe is back by the season opener or anywhere close, Derrick Rose should be embarrassed.

I bet you any amount of anything the Lakers are now a better team without Kobe.

I've said this all along.

Not a bash on Kobe, but now D'Antoni can finally play his style with Nash and Howard.

ROFL Didn't even see this post.
